Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Arvi Factory(the “Service”), an AI-assisted platform that generates video content from a topic. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

2. Credits, plans and billing

The Service is sold on subscription plans that include a monthly allotment of credits. Video generation consumes credits based on length and processing. Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Credits reset at the start of each billing period and, unless stated otherwise, do not roll over. You authorise us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for the plan you select. Prices may change with prior notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create, distribute or facilitate content that:

• infringes intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights;
• is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative of minors;
• impersonates a person or organisation, or spreads deliberate misinformation; or
• attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Your content and third-party assets

You retain ownership of the topics, briefs and other materials you submit (“Inputs”) and, subject to these Terms and your payment, of the videos you generate (“Outputs”). The Service assembles visuals from web image search, licensed stock and AI generation, and records the source of each asset. You are responsible for confirming you have the right to use each visual before you publish or distribute an Output, particularly web-sourced images. We provide source links to help you verify or replace any asset.

5. AI-generated content

Outputs are produced by automated models and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing Outputs for factual accuracy, suitability and compliance with the policies of any platform (e.g. YouTube) to which you publish. The Service is a tool; it does not provide professional, legal or financial advice.

6. Publishing

Where you connect a third-party channel (such as YouTube), you authorise us to upload Outputs on your behalf and agree to that platform’s terms. You may disconnect at any time. You remain responsible for content you publish.

7. Service availability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify, suspend or discontinue features. We rely on third-party providers whose availability we do not control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arvi Factory is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms. On termination your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability) continue to apply.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
