Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Arvi Factory(“we”) collects, uses and shares personal data when you use our Service. We aim to collect only what we need to run the product.

1. Data we collect

• Account data — your name and email, provided via our authentication provider (Clerk).
• Billing data — plan and subscription status. Card details are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
• Content data — the topics, briefs and settings you submit, and the videos and assets we generate for you.
• Usage data — logs, credit usage, and technical data (e.g. IP address, browser) used to operate and secure the Service.
• Connected accounts — if you connect YouTube, the access tokens needed to publish on your behalf, stored encrypted.

2. How we use data

To provide and improve the Service, generate your videos, process payments, provide support, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Third-party processors

We share data with vendors that power the Service, only as needed to provide it. These include authentication and billing (Clerk), payment processing (Stripe), AI and media providers (e.g. Anthropic, ElevenLabs, fal.ai, image and stock sources), cloud storage and rendering (Cloudflare R2, AWS), our database host (Neon), and job orchestration (Trigger.dev). Where you publish, data is shared with that platform (e.g. YouTube/Google).

4. Retention

We keep account and content data while your account is active and as needed for the purposes above. You can delete your videos in-app; on account closure we delete or anonymise personal data except where retention is legally required.

5. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these, contact support@arvifactory.com.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit, encrypt stored third-party tokens, and restrict access to production data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

7. International transfers

Our providers may process data in regions including the EU and the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy; material changes will be notified in-app or by email.
